Long Term Answers
1. Of course I think it's a big issue, any sort of wild fire can spread rapidly and effect more than what it essentially would. Along with how strong it could spread, the gas from the fires can be replace from the oxygen and cause even more damage to the environment.
2.I feel it depends on how large the issue is. But I feel in this case it would be immature to decline offers of help from other countries, especially if it seems like they desperately need to help.
3. I mean I guess, but I also sort of feel similarly with other countries that have the right materials to handle this situation, yet they haven't offered direct help either. But based on North America's political climate currently, I'm not all that surprised any more.
4. Of course they should, the Amazon needs all the help that it can get. Any place that has a crisis like this should always have the support of other countries. But I feel that our country has certain scientific ways to solve these kind of problems.
