1. One of the main ideas that the writer claimed is basically that any topic that you're passionate about can be the best bet when it comes to writing. With this piece of advice, I can determine that topics that I know a lot about can be the easiest to write about.

2. The writer claimed no not express any abstract expressions. By this, I shouldn't use over exaggerated adjectives.  

3. The three pieces of advice that i'd use in my writing is that a personal Essays should always include you in the, express your essay in a way that the reader can have a clear understanding of your perspective, and the hook is the 'door way' to your essay.
